Mortgage
The Story: With no significant USP, Northern needed to find a 'hook' for its mortgage products. Realizing many people felt the application process was complicated and intimidating, we focused on the credit union's new online application that made applying for a mortgage much less daunting.
The Deliverables: In-branch (posters, shelf danglers, desk stands, floor decals), TWN takeovers, banner ads, deposit onserts, YouTube spots, radio spot.
The Result: Adoption for online mortgages increased along with the number of completed applications.
